Idea for Defense-Line [tag]drill[/tag]:
Make a large circle about 8ft round.
You can use cones or an old rope or garden hose can substitute.
Four or five players holding blocking bags line themselves around the inside edge of the circle.
A D-Line player can work one direction and then the other. Runs around the outside edge of the circle punching down on the [tag]blocking[/tag] bag with his right hand while ‘ripping up and thru with the left (while running counter clockwise, reverse direction to finish the drill).
Object is to [tag]practice[/tag] rip move while taking an outside bellied rush.
Player can change places till everyone has completed the drill.
