Purchases and Refunds
Payments for FantasyHQ+ are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital service has been provided.
Refund requests may nevertheless be considered in accordance with Paddle's applicable refund policies and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund for a purchase processed through Paddle, you may use the order or subscription management link provided in your Paddle purchase confirmation email, or visit paddle.net.
You may also contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with your request.
Eligibility for a refund is determined in accordance with the terms presented at checkout, Paddle's applicable policies, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Subscription Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, and your FantasyHQ+ access will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for a previous payment.
One-Time Plans
One-time purchases, including limited-duration passes or seasonal access where offered, do not automatically renew. Access remains available for the period specified at the time of purchase.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
