Welcome to FantasyHQ. By accessing or using fantasyhq.co (the "Site"), creating an account, purchasing FantasyHQ+, or using our sports and fantasy tools (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FantasyHQ. You must be at least 18, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian to purchase a paid plan. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law.
2. Accounts & Security
Some features require a FantasyHQ account (email/password or Google Sign-In). You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks or are abusive.
3. FantasyHQ+ & Billing
Paid plans are sold subject to the descriptions on our pricing page at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to purchases.
- Recurring plans (Monthly / Annual): renew automatically at the then-current price for the same interval until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges through Paddle.
- One-time plans (e.g. 7-Day Pass, Season): do not auto-renew. Access lasts for the period stated at purchase.
- Cancellation: cancel recurring plans anytime in the Paddle customer billing portal (or ask [email protected] for help). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the period already paid.
- Refunds: refund eligibility follows the offer shown at checkout and Paddle's refund policies. If we advertise a money-back guarantee or trial, the exact conditions shown at checkout control.
- Price changes: for renewing subscriptions, material price changes will be communicated in advance as required by law and Paddle's processes.
- After access ends: paid features stop. Free tools remain available. League connections may remain in a free/snapshot state unless you delete them or your account.
4. League Imports & Third-Party Platforms
If you connect or import leagues, you represent that you have the right to access that data and grant us permission to retrieve and process it for personalized tools. You must comply with each platform's terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted syncing. Disconnect leagues anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.
5. Acceptable Use
FantasyHQ provides free and premium sports tools for entertainment and informational purposes. You agree to use the Service only lawfully. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download data, rankings, or content without written permission.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or other users' leagues.
- Overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or falsely claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by FantasyHQ or any third party.
- Use the Service for illegal gambling where prohibited, or to violate sanctions or export laws.
- Upload malware, harass others, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, design, code, original articles, rankings presentation, and FantasyHQ branding are owned by FantasyHQ or its licensors. Third-party league, team, player, and platform names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on FantasyHQ does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. See our Disclaimer.
You may share links and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. Bulk reproduction, resale of data feeds, or commercial redistribution requires prior written permission.
7. User Content & Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit (including passport profile content). You grant FantasyHQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and provide the Service, according to the visibility settings you choose. Separately, if you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful.
8. Advertising & Third-Party Links
FantasyHQ may display advertisements and links provided by third parties. We do not control third-party advertisements or endorse the products advertised. Information about advertising data and cookies is provided in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Affiliate relationships are described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Sports statistics, projections, simulations, and league recommendations are for entertainment only and are not gambling, investment, or professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uptime.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASYHQ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify FantasyHQ against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your league connections, your user content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, harms other users or the Service, or creates legal risk. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and take priority over conflicting terms. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes, except where prohibited by those consumer-protection laws.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page; if consent is required by law, we will ask for it.
