Agility Obstacle Course
3 players lay on the ground with enough room between them for a player to lay there.   You have a player chop his feet hit the ground between each of the players.   He then gets up and runs 5 yards to a football, picks it up and runs a zig zag for 6 cuts while switch the ball to the outside hand.   At the last cone he drops ball, coach passes him a ball, after the catch he runs 10 yards where a coach drops a fumble and player dives on it.

  • Focus on getting off the ground fast.
  • Ball control, and dropping the hips to make cuts.
  • Catching the ball when you get a little tired.
  • When the balls on the ground you get it.
  • Lastly, it’s conditioning in a different form!!!
